1st Division
The 1st Division serves portions of central and western Louisville, including areas such as Downtown, Butchertown, Phoenix Hill, Portland and Russell.

To locate an incident report, the requester generally needs the victim’s last name, report number and report date. Accident reports require similar identifying information.
